We’ve got some breaking news about the CTO of AOL resigning because of the data leak. Man, I guess someone had to take the heat! At Dell, however, they have yet to really own up to their mistakes: they knew months ago that the batteries were a risk, but didn’t feel the need to issue a recall until those flaws were clearly linked to catastrophic failures. Tell that to the guy whose house just burned down.
