Apple wants to ban the use of the word pod, because it doesn’t want consumers to have brand confusion. So henceforth, because not everyone uses iTunes to listen to our show, we’ll be known as the mp3-cast of indeterminate length. Wow, that sounds terrible. Thanks, Apple–thanks a lot.
